THE STORY OF GORGEOUSNESS

A letter from the owner

They say when a women cuts her hair, she's about to change her life. This statement was definitely true for me. Four years ago I did "the big chop" to begin my natural hair journey and from there "GORGEOUSNESS" was born. During this process, I discovered how difficult it was to find reasonably priced products to compliment my hair texture. I began to do research to determine which ingredients would showcase my natural hair and be the most beneficial and from this, my hair and body butter was born. Feeling very excited and accomplished about this product, I began to think of other beauty as well as home products that I could create from home. Products that would make one look and/or feel amazing. Products that I felt safe using because I've hand made them and know that they contain beneficial ingredients. And products that could be individually tweaked to meet the needs of consumers. After much more research, I developed lip gloss, bath bombs, Sugar scrub, beard oil, wax melts and much more.

In an effort to promote my products, I have participated in numerous fairs within my local community in the Chicago land area. I am currently advertising on facebook @Gorgeousness and Instagram @gorgeousness06 as well.
